What’s on the HackSummit Menu? The HackSummit is just around the corner, and we’re excited to share a taster of the Food and Drinks brands on offer in Lausanne.
This year, we are serving up a bold mix of brands together with our culinary partner, Chef Brice to create another healthy and sustainable menu.
Reminder: Breakfast, filter coffee, water and some snacks are included in your Summit pass. Purchase the meal plan on-site or when you register for HackSummit.
We’re also using reusable dishware from Ecomanif to minimise waste and partnering with Notpla to reduce unrecyclable food packaging.

🥄 Migros-Elsagroup’s V-love Vegurts (Vegan), give in to temptation with delicious dairy-free vegurts, creamy and indulgent. Choose from chocolate, banana and lime flavours.

🥖 Luya Bánh Mì (Vegan) A French baguette filled with Luya organic chunks mushroom pâté, tomatoes, pear, onion and coriander, finished with vegan spicy mayonnaise. Served with a side of Vietnamese salad made of carrots, turnips and onions.
🍔 MATR Burger (Vegetarian) A soft bun filled with a MATR burger, homemade mayonnaise, melted cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and red onions. Served with a mixed salad of red and white cabbage and sweetcorn, dressed with a honey, mustard, chive and smoked paprika vinaigrette.
🫘 Tibits Ruby Royal (Vegan) A Tibits favourite, a red-pink bun made with beetroot with a burger patty crafted from red kidney beans. Served with Tibits’ signature salad.
🥪 Tibits Grilled Vegetables Sandwich (Vegan). Served with Tibits’ signature salad.
🍛 Migros-Elsagroup Tofu Skewers Bowl (Vegan) Migros tofu with a satay sauce, served with rice vermicelli with carrot, white cabbage, lime, peanuts, Edamamae, wakame, mung beans and mango salad.
🧆 Falafel Bowl (Vegan) Mosaic falafel served with tzatziki, split pea moutabal, spelt tabbouleh with preserved lemon and crunchy vegetables.
