A fully vegan, winter-warming, sustainable menu will be on offer at the HackSummit, meet the partners helping to make it happen
The HackSummit has a strong track record for showcasing some of the brightest talents in the food scene.
That’s why the menu at the inaugural edition in New York is poised to deliver on both taste and sustainability.
Come ready to taste the plant-based salmon making waves in upmarket dining, the vegan concept for New York's iconic bodegas as well as New Yorker style pizzas with a plant-based twist.
Plus fuel up on beanless coffee brewed with upcycled ingredients while boasting the flavor and caffeine hit of traditional coffee.
All served with fully compostable cutlery packed with organic nutrients that will return to the soil.
And the best part? Food and drink is included in your Summit pass.
It’s time to tickle your taste buds
🐟 Oshi Salmon.
Premium whole-cut salmon fillets made exclusively from plants.
Why you’ll want to try it:
Oshi’s plant-based salmon is on the menu at some of New York's finest restaurants and is taking the dining scene by storm. It contains 18gr of protein, omega 3s and is free from mercury and microplastics. We’ll be serving up their plant-based salmon for attendees to enjoy.
🍕 Pleese Foods Pizza.
New Yorker style plant-based mozzarella cheese pizzas.
Why you’ll want to try it:
Pleese is available in 20+ pizzerias around New York and beyond as well 55 locations. And their signature plant-based cheese from a proprietary blend of bean and potato proteins will be melted on pizzas and served at the Summit.
🥪 Plantega New York-Style Deli Sandwiches.
Plant-based veggie burgers and sandwiches combining well-loved brands for delicious and cravable menu items.
Why you’ll want to try it:
Plantega is turning NYC’s iconic bodegas plant-based. And now we’re serving up their popular and limited edition combinations: The Chopped Cheese, The Chili Crisp Ranch Protein Veggie Burger and The Fried Chicken Sandwich
🧀 Stockeld Dreamery Cultured Cheese.
A creamy, delicious and fast-melting plant-based cheese higher in protein and made from cultured legumes.
How you’ll try it:
In both ‘The Chopped Cheese’ and ‘The Fried Chicken Sandwich’ we’ll serve Stockeld MELT Cultured Cheddar slices.
🍈 KARANA Jackfruit.
The jackfruit burger made specifically for Plantega is a delicious flavor-matched alternative to beef with minimally processed, whole food and cleaner ingredients.
How you’ll try it:
‘The Chopped Cheese’ by Plantega features the KARANA Jackfruit Burger, Stockeld Cultured Cheddar, sautéed peppers and onions, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and Fabalish Vegan Mayo on a roll.
🍗 Daring Foods Breaded Plant Chicken Patty.
A chicken alternative with one of the shortest ingredient lists in the category with simple, wholesome and recognizable ingredients.
How you’ll try it:
‘The Fried Chicken Sandwich’ by Plantega features a Daring Breaded Plant Chicken Patty, Stockeld Cultured Cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, and Stockeld Cultured Cheddar on a bun.
🍔 ABBOT’S Veggie Burger.
The next generation of veggie patties, made 100% real food ingredients and packed with 22g of clean plant protein packed with superfoods.
How you’ll try it:
‘The Chili Crisp Ranch Protein Veggie Burger’ by Plantega is a Limited Special made with ABBOT’S Protein Veggie Burger, Fabalish Chili Crisp Ranch, lettuce, tomato, and onion on a bun.
🥗 Fabalish Mayo or Chilli Crisp Ranch.
Plant-based dips and sauces harnessing the goodness of chickpeas and its upcycled byproduct, aquafaba, to create a superfood plant-based option.
How you’ll try it:
In each of the Plantega deli menu items will be Fabalish’s Vegan Mayo or its flavorful Chili Crisp Ranch.
🍯 Mellody Spicy Honey.

Drizzle the honey over your breakfast bagels.
☕ Atomo Coffee.
A groundbreaking 50:50 blend that combines 50% beanless coffee with 50% sustainably sourced Arabica beans.
Why you’ll want to try it:
The unique blend of upcycled ingredients such as date seeds, green banana, and sunflower seed extract delivers the rich, authentic taste and brewing experience of traditional coffee while significantly reducing environmental impact.
